No whining, unless you're serving really good cheese. Otherwise, put a cork in it.
My Videos Shadow Mage (ok, it's a build now)
A forum post should be like a skirt - long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.
Britches and Hose kidnapped my dog and are forcing him to farm Shroud ingredients.
half-ogre, as long as they get the rage/haste boost and the triple skull cracker attack.
If you could play any D&D themed race in-game, what would it be... and why? Feel free to name your top 3!
Half-Elf, I like the idea of a cross between human and elf. In the ole pen and paper days I almost always played a half-elf.

1. Half-elf
2. Gnome
3. Half-orc
Are my top 3 since I've always enjoyed playing all 3 of these races, particularly half-elf, in all my years of playing D&D. With their rich lore in Eberron they really should be in the game.
Per Cocomajobo - Ranged has easy access to AOE - apparently 3 feats, BAB 11 and Dex 19 is considered easy access these days. post here

You never hear anyone say: "Yeah, but it's a dry cold."
Adventurers never forget. Adventurers still hate Coyle!
Half-elves.
They have been a part of D&D since virtually the beginning of the game if not the very beginning. Certainly there is a coinciding literary history of such a race which made it popular to play in D&D as well.

From Turbine to SSG, who are the devs anyway? DDO Peeps Tracker
Aasmairs. Easy to implement. Nice stats, too.
Tieflings. Already in, via Vale quests. Should be easy to implement.
Catfolk. It's a personal favorite race.
1. Warforged Scout. Easy to code - tiny/mildly distorted warforged! Who doesn't want tiny golem/robots scampering about underfeet?
2. Kobolds. Seriously. Check out the Races of the Dragon book for dragonblooded feats - they actually make playing the little buggers worth it.
Rule 1: Don't sweat the small stuff
Rule 2: Its all small stuff
Rule 3: People are stupid. You, me everyone... expect it
more rules to come in a different sig
Well 4 me, i would like 2 c,
Minotaurs, i mean picture it, a mino rogue sneakin up behind u!!!!!!1
Dragonborn, i like dragons, and this is the best dragon playable race i found.
Goliath, dualweildin greatswords, i mean who wouldnt if they could
I know Half Orc has been mentioned by many people before now and most want them to smash stuff, but I myself want Half Orcs for another reason. I would really like to remake one of my old pen and paper characters. He was a half orc battle cleric and I've been anxious as all get out from the first rumors of half orcs going into the game. But if I had to choose any other race to play I would have to say Kalashtar because we all know how awesome psions are.![]()

Fortune Favors the Brave
Totally off topic, but I had to post. Last night, my ice cream was too hard to scoop. So I used a serrated butter knife to cut out a block. Knife went through the carton, into my hand, and now I'm typing with 7 stitches as it split the webbing between my fingers.
Yay.
I'd post a pic (its gory awesome) but its likely not appropriate.
Had to post this, as its the first forum post I've read since this happened last night, and ice cream too hard to scoop made me shudder.
To be ON topic:
Kenku - always loved those bird men!
Centaur - I know it's kinda silly but always liked them.
Druids! Wait, thats not a race... grr...![]()

(#1) Minotaur – I’d like to play a big hulking brute with the versatility to potentially do more than just smash face. Because of their association with Hellenistic culture I can visualize a Minotaur in a sophisticated class like Bard or Cleric more easily than a big dumb Ogre or Troll. But when it comes wading into battle, the Minotaur is my #1 choice for a berserker barbarian.
(#2) Lizard Men!!! – I suppose nostalgia is at play here. When I first began to play pen and paper a friend had a D&D supplement called Rogues Gallery with art work for a Lizard Man NPC called Phoebus (I think) who wielded a trident and had bracers of AC 5. I played him in some early adventures. There was a non TSR adventure supplement campaign we also ran in which people would travel back and forth between a different world through a magic portal into a land where mammals did not exist, Lizard Men were the dominant culture, iron was rare and could be traded for gems, dinosaurs roamed the land, and food and water of the land were poisonous to mammals. As a child, I had wanted to be a paleontologist. Playing a Lizard Man somehow rekindles an element of that old dream. Trogs are too stinky, Dragonborn look silly and cheapen the mystique of Dragons. Give me Lizard Men!
(#3) Kobolds!!!! – if for no other reason than to say “yark, yark” and “must smash box” until I am squelched by every member of the PUG. Turbine has done a great job with Kobolds already; they have so much potential for flavor as conniving rogues and cowardly fighters or dragonblood sorcerers of underestimated power. I’ve hardly used PVP but I vow to organize the Halfling vs. Kobold fightclub if presented that opportunity.

Top 3
Minotaur
Gnoll
Tiefling/Genasi
Why? Because I love playing monster races every once in a while and in an Eberron Setting they'd all fit in. Look at the City of Towers all sorts of monster races can be found. If not for the Warforged, with the races we can currently select we might as well be playing Greyhawk Online.
