representative from Turbine declined to comment on the survey or the game, but offered this: "Turbine has always been focused on the customer and one of the ways we do that is through extensive consumer research."
To date, the Xbox 360 has only seen one other massively-multiplayer game, 2006's Final Fantasy XI. The game required a subscription fee of $12.95 a month; this applied to both users on the free Xbox Live Silver accounts as well as users paying an upwards of $7.99 a month for Gold accounts. Just to be clear - the game rocks and I love it. I'm happy to wait for mod 9, and if it takes another month or two or three it won't bother me - I'll just game less for a month or two or three.
I've hit the point where I'm better off investing some of the 20-40 hours of playtime/week into something else in my life for a while. I'll be back with mod 9 (or sooner if the shakes get to me), but I need a break to freshen up.-----------------------------------

your a liar.... you will try to stay away but wont be able to. You will get withdrawal from our witty banter, off colour and broken jokes and general amusement at all that is foolish in life and this game.
there is also an exceedingly slim chance you will miss the game and all of its 'challenges'
