Maximize is pretty good.

Concentration is a nice skill. So is Jump or Balance.

Maximize won't work on Heal, which can actually be a good thing. If your Heal was doubled it would usually waste mana on normal characters.

Maximize and Empower both work on cures (light mod serious critical). Quicken is a good choice.

Nice thing about Maximize is how it can help turn your Healer Cleric into a DPS machine via Blade Barriers when you need to. You can also toss off some pretty nice Searing Lights (to which almost nothing is immune and some mobs actually take Purple damage from).

Maximize will amp up your healing on the Mass Cure X spells as well.

My somewhat versatile cleric has Quicken, Maximize, Empowered Healing metas. She can heal fine, do decent spell damage, and even melee a bit if needed.

My caster focused cleric has Maximize and Empower and Extend and will take Quicken Metamagic when I bother to level her to 15 (had her on hold at 14 to run with lower level guildies without nuking their EXP). (She could probably be 22nd level had she not been pseudo capped a long time ago.)

if it is human, go with MT, IMT, spell pen, gtr spell pen, toughness, extend, maximize.

If it isn't human, go with MT, IMT, Toughness, extend, max, emp (or emp heal), and one of spell pen, heighten, quicken, emp heal (or emp if you took emp heal before).
