42 should be possible in mod9, +1 from a +4 tome, and +1 from leveling up. Maybe even higher given stronger raidlewts.

THE LIMITING Factor would be the Trinket, followed by the +3 tome. Drow Bards and Sorcs can hit 38 with readily procured gear if they spend time.
Getting the Trinket is probably the hardest part given how the Abbot is the least run raid.
That being said, congrats.
