Always wondered why haggle necklaces were so high for +15 when there is an over abundance of +13 items out there.

Obviously the difference in haggle is a mere 2 ticks - but what difference does that make?

At FARE TRADE and with all the quests knocked out to better your pricing...

Assuming you sold an item that retails for 12,800pp, you'd make about 64pp more.
If my math is right, to recoup your 15,000pp investment, you'd need to sell
around 234 items @ whose retail price was 12,800pp each.

You do about 3 times better (than selling) buying items that retail of 12,800pp where
you'd expect to pay about 173pp less... You need to buy 234 items at 12,800pp to break even.

Seems like paying 15,000pp for a +15 haggle item is pricey - for me anyway.
That of course takes into consideration that there are so many +13 items around and
that it'd take me around 6 months to recover my initial investment.

Per the wiki formulas, selling is a flat .25% per point, so you'd need to "sell" ~ 3 million plat to make up for the cost. Buying is ~2.5 times more useful per point (depending on which vendor type), or ~ 1.2 million plat. If it's intended for a haggle-focused character that handles all transactions for your account, it's probably going to pay for itself pretty quickly, but it's probably not worth it for the rest of your characters. Anyways, good luck with the sales.
