it stacks? like dwarven armor mastery 3 with fighter armor mastery 2, increasing the dex i can have in fullplate by 5?

yup, just make sure u calculate the dex to fill it out.

Ex.
fullplate has +1; +3(fighter); +3(dwarven) = 7 (24 dex)
Mithril fullplate +3 +3 +3 = 9 (28 dex)

mod 9 PrE will add another +3 to fighter dex bonus to armor so (30-34 dex respectively needed) this will consume many of ur action points on these enhancments as of now
