How can you make people happy about Server Downtime? Reset all of their Characters' Raid Timers. That shouldn't be too difficult.

not signed people are over loaded with enough loot already just be patient and run something else all games have down time

If the servers are coming down so much that letting people run a raid a day or two early has lasting repercussions...

At least there'd be something to do in game more than 2 shroud runs/week/toon.
