Cloudkill, D Door and Firewall Scrolls

Is there still any value left in these things? Got some of each collecting dust. Never seem to play my caster anymore.

Firewall and Cloudkill scrolls will not fetch a premium. The reason they were so coveted was that you could spam the firewalls and fill an area with tons of weak firewalls to overpower mobs simply by burning some plat. Cloudkill now pulls aggro so the old drop it and wait until the mobs die scheme no longer works as well.

Dim Door is not level dependant (other than duration) and is still actively used to make life quicker in many quests. There are a small handful of quests where having it makes it possible to go get certain chests at your convience at the end. So I expect there to be a market, with a nice premimum over what you paid, but unless you have many many stacks of 100s sitting around, you ain't getting silly rich.
