Could items that a player binds with the Stone of Change be changed to "Bound to Account". This change wouldn't effect items that are pre-bound (raid loot, certain end rewards) and then bound in the Stone of Change. Only non-bound loot put into the Stone of Change would be affected.

If this were changed, it should be retroactive in some way.
