Going Rate for Small Ingredients

Just wondering what the going rate is for the tier one ingriedients. I tried looking on AH but their was only one listing. Hardly enough to get a good picture of the market.

I am interested in the following Small Ingrediants used for tier one crafting in the shroud. I have a GS Blank already:

Scales
Stones
Glowing Arrowheads
Chains
Bones
Shrapnel

if some of these do not exist, excuse my ignorance.

How many of each do ya need? Most folks have an overabundance of small ingrediants... They dotn show up on the AH as much because they dotn sell well.
