Default its that time of the year again...recruiting

Hello all, I would like to introduce our guild the Storm Riders (formerly of Aundair) to all of you... we are recruiting all classes

we are currently looking to grow our numbers and add some good people who like to have a good time. we stress playing the character you want to play, not just the most powerful build....all builds welcomed...

we try to do about everyquest and have fun, not just the most popular ones, we try to get all guild groups but welcome pugs...

we welcome battleclerics, dwarven bards, necromancers, etc.... we believe any build can be sucessful as long as you play smart....one thing we stress is that each player be as independant as possible, i.e. useing healing potions, resist pots, barkskins...anything we can do to help out the group, especially the cleric....

we are very cleric friendly, we keep our clerics supplied with wands and plat,
and we do not expect healbots from our clerics, clerics are more than that, we love soundbursts, flamestrikes, and cometfalls, etc..
we try to get members to have at least one healer character so we can take turns be "main" healer, not healbot...just to help out with most of the healing, since the party is usually pretty self sufficent (see above)
sorry for the long post, but i think it describes us, hope to see you all in game

please pm me, or respond here...

    Default just a note...

Hey Ameron it was good running with you again last night. I am glad to see that you are back to recruiting (as if you ever stopped) and that the 'core' values of the Storm Riders are still the same.

You and the rest of the Storm Riders have always been a huge help to new and returning players, keep it up.

I will try and be more active to assist you and the rest of the Storm Riders, I may even have to re-initiate the Theologius favor run of the week

    See ya around Stormreach...

Being a new player to this game, it was pretty confusing and hard being out on my own. I can't thank this guild enough for all it has done for my boyfriend and I.

Wonderful people, fun groups and drama free! (thank GOD!)

    Thanks for everything you guys,

    Lav

    Default friendly bump....

Just wanted to bring this back to the top where it belongs

We are still looking for new members, if you want to run with ppl that know what they are doing (or at least like to pretend they do), welcome all skill levels, and are willing to teach and learn as we go...drop an officer a line...

Does your guild have a minimum level requirement? I've a level 2 (I think) Cleric that I've been itching to start playing again and wouldn't find finding him a guild to join.
The fact that the Sun is maize and the sky is blue is neither in our control, nor is something we fraudulently contrived. It just shows that God has excellent taste in colors.

    Default No min Lvl required...

We do not have a minimum level requirement like some guilds do. We like to keep things going and welcome players of all level, class, race, playstyle and experience level.

Hope to see you in game

I wish I could catch you guys online more. Really the Air Force has been keeping me so busy I only get to play about twice a week and odd hours. Hopefully this war thing will slow down and I can get back to the game more. If anyone does see me online and wants to talk about the guild, maybe get a run or two in feel free to send me a tell. Or PM me on the forums because I can check the forums more than I can play these days

Hi there, I ran with a couple of your guild members a couple of weeks back, one was Elannia and I can't remember the others name, he was a monk, but switched to a cleric after we tried the quest without one. Anyway I would like to find out how to join your ranks, I played for a few months when DDO came out and then some friends and I came back a couple of months ago, but they are now thinking about quitting again but I would like to continue to play DDO, its just not alot to do setting around with no one to play with and the two members I ran with were both very friendly and helpful as we went through the quests. I currently have a 10 Rogue and 8 Monk that I play. I'm usually fairly consistant with being on from 9PM EST till 1amish (sometimes 2am) Sun-Fri and longer on Saturdays and sometimes Sunday durning the day time. I haven't done most of the stuff that was released after Mod2. (Save for a couple of the Necropolis Quests and the 3 quests I ran in the desert with the members of your guild).

But thats enough rambling if you want to look me up in game some time my schedule is above my charecter names are Vorax (10 Rogue) and Jenlo (8 Monk).

    Thanks!
