Weapon Brokers Reset?

Hey, I just logged on and tried to visit the weapon brokers in House D, and none have anything at all for sale. Is this normal? When and how often do they reset? I searched the forums for 'broker reset' but got no relevant results.

They are just like any other instance in the game, they reset after 5 minutes. Often you will find people hanging out in the shops to keep them from resetting.
