I have a few +5 Mithril Tower Shields laying around in the bank - however they are all lvl 10/12 - save yourself some money and just grab a +5 Heavy Shield at lvl 6 or 8 or whatever level it is

vanilla +5 towers are lvl 6 u shouldnt have a hard time findone and ur dex shouldn't be high enuff to use mithrill and tower shiel mastery!

i'll have a +6 dex bonus to (not mithril) just full plate and tower shields (stalwart defender)

only starts at a +2,
