You know that it also curses the toon that is wearing it right?
therefore the toon should have a semi decent will save.

It does curse urself, but it also removes curse on yourself.. Very chaotic,

Does 4 things really:
bestow/remove curse on self
bestow/remove curse on enemy
procs very often (when hit). I use it occoasonally on my sorc.

I have two I use regularly. Get a decent will save and you are rarely if ever cursed. It's a great item in the right situations.
