a friend in our guild is having a problem logging in. keeps saying missing file (got3api.dll) ant suggestions. please

Check your installation and see if you have the file then have your guildmate see if the file exists on his installation.. If it does then he might need to reinstall. If he doesn't you can try sending him the file through email and telling him where you found it on your installation. However if after doing that he gets another file missing error then he might need to reinstall or check to see if he has a backup somewhere.
