Does wizard lineage of the elements (Fire/Cold +9% crit chance) stack with a superior fire lore item (+9% fire crit chance) for a total of 18% crit chance on a fire-based spell? The item description indicates that the superior fire lore does not stack with other item effects or potions, so it would seem to suggest that it would stack with the enhancement (since its not an item or pot). But I've learned DDO does things a little um crazy sometimes.
