    Default auto crit halfling.

Basically built this to crit every attack. Build is with greensteel rapiers you could use picks. capped guile / rog lvl - enhancement, plus goggles from vod giving little over 20 dmg a hit of untyped sneak attack dmg alone not including crit. His flanking attack rolls would have a base of 12 with haste, 15 with recitation and feast giving 100% crit. The idea is to be spamming bluff constantly. +15 bluff item gh covers it. You could tweak it on tomes but with +3 coming out and hoarding them it shouldn't be huge issue to obtain.

100% crit? do you mean 100% sneak attack? Pretty sure you'll still be hovering around the 25% crit rate with this guy...

If bluff was coded the same way intimidate and diplomacy was, I think this build would be much more appealing...

Lose the level of rogue and go pure fighter for the 10% attack speed via the capstone or grab a level of monk in addition to rogue and go with an ac character..

Bluff doesnt make you auto crit.

Auto Crit comes in several forms, none of which this guy can excel at...

Stunned Mobs. This character Doesnt have stunning blow Nor the DC to Use it.

0 Physical Stat. W/P W/E or M/BB Can al be used to take a mob down to a 0 Stat now which does indeed enable Auto Crit.

You might want to research your mechanics....

Aside from the auto crit - drop die hard and take toughness earlier instead. Also consider taking a second level of rogue for evasion and to top up UMD and maybe balance.

Don't think dodge will do you much good with your AC. Maybe take TWF here instead and move everything else up a level.

If you want an auto-crit halfling build check out the crippling strike (with radiance 2) builds in the rogue forums, you will love um!

Rogue not fighter is definately the way to go for any auto crits...

Also, any rogue will tell you Diplo in group Bluff when alone, the animation for bluff takes away the time you could have taken up to two swings while hasted. Bluff has it's place when you need to reattempt an assasinate or hide by running round the corner from a mob bluffing and reentering sneak mode when alone. Diplo is more effective in group as it affects all mob in the area pushing the mob towards others so you get the sneak attacks ... it has no long start animation so you keep swinging, so is the prefered way by rogues - along with subtle enhancements.
