Default Level 20 options for classes not capstones

These are just a few things ive thought about since the announcement that we are going to level 20 in game. Since we have crafting now for things like weapons, trinkets armor and such I hope that one day to see other crafting options for those of us who make it to 20. And other bonuses for getting to level 20 outside capstones (for pure classes). I think getting towards that goal is an accomplishment no matter how you split it. And these are a few ideas based on the class you favor that Id like to see level 20's have one day. Now many of these would also need an enhancement path to help towards it so they are not abused but seeing how some of them are I doubt they'd ever be implemented. These are just things id like to see based on class:

Rogues- Id like to see it where rogues get to craft a master theif tool. This tool binds to the crafter of course but can be used in place of the stacks of theives tools that lower level rogues would still have to use. Im sorry but by level 20 most trapsmiths should know what they are doing and should have a tool to reflex that. And shadow strike, a rogue who has focused in the arts of stealth gets a chance at 100 percent concealment during battle. A creature who cannot sensed their stealthy foe is completely vunerable to an assasins strike, finishing blows are also increased.

Wizard and Clerics- Heal potions, spell potions (resists) and wands with a enhancement towards crafting would be nice. Dunno if possible but it would really make me want to get to level 20 if something like this was implimented. For Clerics the protective path is an idea I thought of, your alignment would factor in but it would help greatly reduce enemy attacks upon a cleric of a different alignment then their enemy. For wizards scholar of magical knowledge gives your wizard a random chance of crafting scrolls that are not sold by vendors.

Fighters and Palidins- Now I remember hearing about defenders and blademarks being apart of house Deneith. I think at Level 20 a fighter and Paladin should be allowed the privilege of such titles and maybe become knights of a choosen house, giving them discounts on things sold in that house and maybe a slight xp boost in completed quests given by that house.

Bards Enchanting personality, Your level 20 bard has an amorus draw to his/her persona, wherever they go their fame is renoun, all shops give a special 20 percent discount, npcs give better reactions towards them. And they can charm their way out of most tough situations, (a small percent change of deflecting mob aggro). *not the best one I can think of so any bards who have something better feel free to add.*

Rangers the path of the wild, your level 20 ranger has become a natural fortress, this gives a plus 3 ac boost in wilderness enviornments, and a higher chance at befriending animal kind. It also gives you a higher chance at concealing yourself in natural areas making your body blend in with a natural camoflauge effect.

Sorcerors blood of the supreme arcanist- (lame name I know) But your blood calling to magic gives you an innate ability to spawn a random beneficial spell. Wild in nature there is no control over which spell will spring forth but when injured or in peril a level 20 sorceror's blood will call upon a spell to protect them as best as possible from a summons- to a protective buff.

Monk wholeness of mind and body- You become a beacon of all that is balanced, your enemies chance instant kill you are negated by your stoic stance. Your mind is impenetrable giving your ki pure focus and allowing you to hold half of your full ki ability in mind at all time.

Now some of these are overpowered but im thinking in terms of level 20. If the terms capstone gives any indication level 20 maybe it at least for a very long time. Without knowing whether new classes and races will be out anytime soon and not knowing if things like guild housing or other time sinks will be added. I just wanted to brain storm a bit on things id like to see for those of us who are going to go to level 20 a few times over. Feel free to leave feedback or your own ideas, if your going to critize fine but try not to attack me these are just random ideas ive been mulling over that id thought id share.

    How about this:

Bards: Master of enchantment, your level 20 bard has a chance (similar in scale to a spell crit) that any charm/suggestion spell they cast instead has a dominate effect.

That does sound good, I have to admit the bard class is one that Ive not really tried in any game. So im going by what ive watched my friends do some build for haggling others for charm others to boost the party. Ive been trying to think of a jack/jane of all trades thing for them but its hard without it being insanely overpowered.
