I had initiated the download through the link in the thread that announced it and when the dndsetup.exe file was downloaded, started
that running. It ran and at some point where it mention some .net1 thing and was supposedly installing that, it seemed to fail in the
middle and restart computer. But the TDM icon existed and the folder, so I started it and of course it doesn't work at all. I tried
unsuccessfully to uninstall. Both uninstall.exe and uninstallTDM.exe say "Uninstall key name argument missing".
I really needed a live chat tech support to give feedback and walk through this, but they ended that apparently. In it's place, the best
I can ask for through email in hopes to get anywhere is some kind of "Vista users' general listing of steps for a successful Lamania
install without peer to peer" (I will not place my computer in peer to peer contact with anyone and everyone elses, asides which, my
apartment is on a shared bandwidth and would likely choke, so I disabled it).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like the best bet was to utterly uninstall it and do it again, but I can't even accomplish this.
I updated Windows with current available updates and think that any network update should be there, but if there is one it needs and
a way to check this, I don't know of it.
I submitted the above in the email tech support, but am very discouraged as everyone who has ever done tech support knows
very well that the only hope of getting somewhere is in a live back and forth interactive session with a support person.
