If you're lawful, the Belt of Seven Ideals is quite nice (Improved Potency 7)

Is there any reason you want devotion specificly?

You can usually fine Superior Potency VI or Greater Potency VII items in the house D brokers for base cost or occasionally on the AH for even less than base cost. Potency affects Healing spells in addition to all others. the only reason I can think of that you would want devotion over potency is if you wanted a superior devotion VII (although I can't say I've ever seen one) and/or wanted it on a non-weapon.
