cl3 4 charge jump clicky, no ml

picked this up about 6 months back, it was a lobster quest end reward.

few things weird about it.
-its cl3 instead of cl1 like most jump clickies.
-the name doesn't match the effect.
-it carries 4 charges.

if i stick it in my bank with 4 charges on it. and i close and reopen bank tab it loses 1 charge.
kind of interesting.
does the same thing if i log in and out of the game when its in my inventory.

anybody ever see anything similar to this?
