    Default Skill point respec

    I'm sure I'm not the first one to post this but....why no skill point respec??? The only reason I reroll toons is because I'm not happy with the skill point distribution. You can redo feats, so why not also the ability to re-allocate skill points?

    due to problems on when people used tomes mainly I would think
