DDO launcher not downloading

I recently reinstalled DDO to try to fix the issues I was having and now it won't install the launcher. I have to completely redownload ddo just to get back in game... Anyone know a fix for this? Yes I did a search to see if it was hidden on my computer, it is nowhere. I have reinstalled 3 times now.

this won't help but:

it happened to me the first couple times I dl'd the game as well.

I finally just installed the game to a folder i created on the desktop, instead of program files.

It worked the first time.. technically i did nothing different than what the game does (just a different folder) but idk... just wierd install for me i guess.
