I know that healing potency items affect the amount of healing dished out by FoL finishers...my question is, do other potency effects enhance other ki strikes? For instance, if I was using the Lightning Rod, would my air ki strikes deal more damage from the Magnetism effect on the staff?
Just curious, and I'm at work so I can't test it out myself.
