Probably little to nothing. Rings aren't good slots for GFL items since many people swap rings a lot and you lose the hp bonus if you do. Unlike con items, the hp don't replenish if you take off a GFL item and put it back on.

Additionally, most people at level 13 are looking for combo items with GFL but +1 str isn't a good combo. A Disease Immunity Belt of GFL, for example, is far more valuable.

What he said. The value has suffered a bit with GFL being on the first tier of dragontouched armour.
