For a bard yes, but on a sorc UMD is a crossclass skill, which means you can only train .5 a rank each level, so 9.5 capped at level16.

A UMD breakdown for a Drow sorc would look more like this:
15 cha mod
9.5 ranks
5 Gloves (Titan)
6 cha skills from shroud
4 gh
=39 could always get the head for 1 more

I see you wanted no raid gear, but you wont be able to UMD Heal or res scrolls based off your cha mod and the GC even witha self applied GH lol

No as a sorc only get .5 per lvl so ay 16 have 9.5.

Do the titan raid, get the seven fingered gloves for a +5 UMD
