Is there a stance to get +attack speed, and what do i need to qualify, i'm confused, the planner doesn't really say.

Wind stance increases your attack speed and boosts your DEX; you get wind stance from the disciple of breezes enhancement, which requires 12 DEX for tier 1, 14 DEX for tier 2, etc, although I don't believe that the attack speed increases with tiers.

Lesser Wind Stance:
+2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 7.5% Enhancement bonus & 2.5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed

Wind Stance:
+2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 10% Enhancement bonus & 5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed

Greater Wind Stance:
+3 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, 12.5% Enhancement bonus & 7.5% Insight bonus to Attack Speed

In fact, speed does increase as you get more tiers. Go to the following page and look towards the bottom under the section called "Monk Stances:"

Great, thank you.. was thinking if i get kama's for my 19rogue/1monk taking this then for items that are effect driven (like disruptors)

It only stacks partially with haste. Not sure whether the level 1 Wind Stance is worth taking at high level, because you tend to be perma-hasted in most quests at that point.

Yeah according the the attack speed thread (cforce?) did from testing it looked like more stacked with haste than what the Dev said. Probably worth 1 AP for vorpaling or destructing I guess with TWF kamas.
