    I have a weakening of enfeebeling rapier +1 here is the nice thing no dammage rr elf/drow lv 8

    For a rogue, I would say yes. IMO even tho WOP is still good in mod 9. WOE for a rogue with crippling strike and a rad 2 rapier is a sick combo and maybe a tad better.
