    Default Halfling Intimidation?

Question for those who like playing with the character builder and dream gear more than I:

What is the highest intimidate possible to get on a halfling?

Is it possible to get a score high enough to reliably intimidate everything(raid mobs normal/hard/elite) with a halfling?

    Thanks!

Not Sure, But I am Gonna try to Find out on My Halfling barb!

I know with the Char Planner She will currently have 17 Pts. in Intimidate by level 16

    Un-Raged, and Un-Buffed.

But I am Still "Tweaking "the Build as I go...

Maybe on a Fighter build cause you have enough feats to fill-in...not sure though.

I am planning taking Barbarian Intimidation to max. allowable
(Barbarian Intimidate IV) Which Should Give me a total of 20 pts. of Intimidate.

And I am going to Splash Fighter (2 levels) to get an extra two feats.

So I will take as much Intimidate for those two levels as I can.

There is also an enhancement you get later that Gives you a Higher intimidate.

Barbarian Intimidation. Causes Opponents you Intimidate to become Shaken.

    Well, let's do the math.

Halflings get a -4 penalty to intimidate due to size. Most decent intimitanks, i.e., the ones who can reliably intimidate the raid bosses on elite, can hit a 70 or so intimidate. A halfling would need a 74 to get the same intimidate.

The only way I would see this possibly done is if you made a halfling fighter or barb that was cha speced. Preferably mixing prestige classes that give intimidate bonuses, like stalwart defender and warchanter.

However, you still would probably only land in the mid 60s with optimal gear. This would be enough for trash mobs and some raid bosses on normal.

Imo, simply roll up a human and learn to live with the +4 to +10 intimidate bonus humans can get over a halfling.
