Tomes vs. Larges

What is the estimated value of tomes in terms of large ingredients? I've got 8 or so in the bank that I'm probably not interested in trading but some are duplicates so I might consider it.

I've got pretty much a full set of +1s (minus dex, I think) and a couple +2s (Wis and Str). I also have multiple +1 cha and int tomes.

Are the +1's worth larges? scales?

How many are the +2's worth?

Pretty sure +1's have a value around 10k and declining, so no.

+2's are good fodder for larges right now. I trade mine for 1 large scale a piece and thats probably low, most usually do a scale and a kicker large or 3 larges.

I post every +1 to the AH for around 20-30k platinum depending on the others on there, and always sell within 3 days. Someone's still using them.

you can get a scale for a +2 tome; high demand +2s(int, dex) may get you a bit more, up to a scale+stone (2 scales for a 2 int is remotely possible)

+1 tomes are worth approximately what Rocka said; 3-4 of them might get you a large ingredient.. maybe. . but i doubt it. I give them away to guildies to get rid of them.

IMO only:

2 scales equal 3 +2 tomes

to me--> all +2 tomes are created equal.. (equally valuable to different builds)

That's probably me, since I have **** luck with +2 tomes and just use +1s and then think even a blind dog can get lucky in a raid with a +2 tome some time...

While I have found 10 bloodstones in total, I've given away 4, traded 3, and kept the other 3.
