Fixer would like a few things....

Out of curiosity, and so people don't become confused with your request being legitimate instead of pure greed, why does a level 16 Rogue (Fixer) need +5 mfp? Is Fixer a rogue dps'er without evasion/improved evasion? What's the design point so we can help? And I guess the same applies to the blue scales as well. Relative to the blue scales, was there an intent to make Fixer an arcane archer in the end game? Then take the blue scales and trade in for the blue leather armor or the blue robe?

I had thought with your obvious attention to detail you would've seen in the original post that these items were for all my characters.

To remove the mystery for you, I would use the MFP on my

cleric.

Has he pulled +5 MFP? Yes, yes he has. I pretty much am a need

before greed player, I have given the 1 set I've pulled since head

start away

and here's the tricky part: the blue scales are for my caster.
