Correct Prot +5 is deflection but by using the Shield of faith clickie you could place a different item in the Necklace slot.

Forgot about Item Defense II for Stalwart Defender but its not required until Lvl 3 which is Lvl 18 so you would not need to add it until then where the +3 intim cold be useful much earlier.

i have disease immunity necklace prot+5.. i don't use clickies.

and it's a good item, not much more that i would use.



ABOUT item defense, you are right. It doesn't need to be taken till much later. BUT, I took it early cuz i needed an extra AP spent b4 it would open other enhancements to be taken
