those are indeed a nice pair of boots but 2.5mil plat is a tad outrageous of a price for them

Oddly enough there actually has been a pair on the AH for a couple days .
2 million plat buyout.

Not that I have the plat, but these are an incredible item, especially for a fighter/barb w/o evasion. 33% less damage from fire allows you to take significantly less damage during while fighting both the pit fiend and sulomodes. These boots will become more valuable when the Abbot is fixed, to help you survive through his inferno.

Now look at the drop rate, these babies drop less than the bloodstone and they only drop from one location, not two like the bloodstone. I grind 3-4 characters each week out there trying to get these boots for all of my non-evasion characters and I've yet to pull a set.

agreed high price...but should they be cheap i mean come on the drop rate on these things is insanely low. Ransacked that check to many times to count and never seen them drop for me or anyone else. Supply and demand. Low supply, high demand = high price. I mean come on should an item this powerfull be easy to get. No it shouldnt. Congrats on the pull and congrats to whoever buys them great pair of boots.

there's another thread on here trying to trade a pair of those boots. Probably a better deal. Or you can fork over the 2.5 Mil outrageous price. the Boots are very nice... Very very nice indeed however I don't think they are worth the extreme price of 22,000,000+ gp. They are worth a lot though, but hey if you have the gold and are desperate I guess go for it. I'd sell a pair of mine for cheaper though.
