Same thing always happens in Von too. People always grabbing the quarterstaff without asking. It's BS way to run a dungeon in PUG especially.

C'mon Aeg I'll bet we could come up with some better drama than that :P

Tell ya what - next shroud with Bold, lets keep doing stupid **** to see where his breaking point is now. He's been unusually calm lately.

I'm talking ****** type **** like being the caster in P1 and going afk so all the orthons and keepers spawn. Running into center in P2 and dragging everything to NW. Breaking the crystals above the doors in P3, Hitting the portal WAY before everyone has shrined in P4, and throwing Greater Teleports and ddoors all over Harry in P5.

Well, if everyone thinks the turn-ins from those items are so useless, you can send your useless widow-weave cloaks, widow's eyes, and widowblights to my toons. I love these items for my mid-levels as I'm levelling up. The plat farmers have been posting the widow's eyes on the ah for 15 -20 million gold buyouts (yes, I know they are not worth that, but they are far from useless).

The problem is bad form.

The loot is substandard, so not that big of a deal, but at the start of the quest say "I am heading this way, and I am picking up anything I find....feel free to do the same" is good enough.

It's not that is is evil, it is inconsiderate...and I see why it is annoying. In the end, no one died.

Look what happens....I move my Nellas to Argo and someone swoops in gets the name.

I was surprised that it was available when I rolled the character, but there it was and I wanted it.
