    Raphael - ranger 14/rogue 1/monk 1
Michaelangelo - monk 16 (I'd probably just go fists since there aren't nunchaku)
Splinter - halfling wizard with healing dragonmarks
Casey Jones - human crit rage II barbarian

I fail to see how this would be a gimped team without April as a bard. There's plenty of melee DPS (everyone except Casey is a twf). There's plenty of healing (Splinter is the primary healer, but Mikey would use healing fists and Leo has lay on hands for emergencies, plus Raph and Don would both have UMD), and there's an arcane caster for buffs and control.

Are you seriously insenuating that using wop daggers instead of wop rapiers, using bastard swords instead of khopeshes, and using a greatclub instead of a greataxe makes a whole party gimped? Outside of those three weapon choices, the character builds are perfectly optimal (though I'm tempted to give Splinter a level of ranger since his primary weapon was the bow). If you can't have a good party without the perfectly optimal build, then you're gimped as a player.

Definitely not gimped at all - but a Bard would nevertheless still be a very nice addition...

Ranger2 would certainly benefit Splinter in that role. Leo should probably stick with Long Swords in order to save the feat and qualify for Whirling Steel Strike later on...

I haven't actually designed Splinter yet, but the more I think about it, I think I'd change him to a 13 wizard, 2 ranger, 1 cleric (or bard). That way he could use rez scrolls (UMD if bard) and provide added DPS through bow use, saving all of his mana for control and healing.

Your best bet by far is Rogue 18/Monk 2, at least that is a functional build (Big F**n stick build as a warforged).

Don't take 3 levels of monk you will regret it when acrobat III comes out.

That's a point. I took three levels of monk for 10% extra healing, extra movement speed, and an extra AC (which at level 16 is better than a 14th level of rogue). It was just for fun (was the first build) so I wasn't thinking in terms of optimizing a level 20 build. If we really were to get this off the ground as a static group I'd spend a little more time optimizing and thinking ahead before rolling the characters.

Well if we wanted to make a 12 man raid group you could also be Ninjar or Karai!

Yeah, I did some research of my own to find out all their allies for you. In doing so I saw Casey Jones and it was talking about him dual wielding baseball bats, so now I'm thinking twf barbarian with clubs. This will never get off the ground just because I have too much fun changing the builds!

This is for DDO, not PnP. Don's got UMD and disable device to represent his tinkering in DDO.
