this is my rough draft, main goals are no cross class, great (although not completely maxed) rogue skills, and to be an assassin.

I kind of built it on the fly so the feats may not be in the order they will be taken, and I was on the edge anyhow about taking twf feats, most likely will

At level 15 you take diehard and I think the number of times you're at 0 to -9 is kinda rare at level 15 and above, you're either alive, or dead mostly. I'd take almost anything else. Also, you've taken nothing really for dps, not even the first twf. Crippling strike will hit twice as much if you take it. I'd probably try to take twf and itwf, dropping the nimble as well. As a pure rogue, your dd and ol should be fine.

    - Stat distribution is fine.

    - Not maxing Spot, Search, Disable, UMD is a mistake. You would come to regret that.

    - Nimble Fingers and Diehard are bad feats. Diehard is usefull till level 5, while Nimble Fingers is unnecessary in all level ranges.

    - Diplomacy is much more usefull than Bluff. Redistribute the skillpoints.

    - The TWF-chain is a very good, no, excellent way to massively increase your combat skills. There is no reason not to go this way for a DEX-based Rogue.

    - Besides being nice to look at, there is no use tumbling in general gameplay. No reason to raise it further afther unlocking the skill.
(Only the reaver raid has some minor use for it, if you are to cheap to ask the new Acrobatics guy in the market for a little buff for no relevant amount of gold at this level)

---> Swap out Nimble Fingers, Diehard and one of " Combat Expertise and IC:Piercing" for TWF, ITWF and GTWF.
Erzskalde (Warchanter) / Erzassassin (just passing through - ignore me) / Erzsoldat (waiting for TR-time) / Erzschmied (ranged Artificer)

IMHO: I'd take the feats like this.
    Level 1: Toughness
    Level 3: Weapon Finesse
    Level 6: TWF
    Level 9: iTWF
    Rogue 10: Crippling Strike
    Level 12: Improved Crit: Piercing
    Rogue 13: Improved Evasion
    Level 15: gTWF
    Rogue 16: Skill Mastery

If you want to metagame it a bit you could take something else at level 6 and go visit Fred right before you turn level 9.

I’m not sure you should bother maxing out your Balance and Tumble skills. By level 16 half ranks and your super high DEX will give you a really high score. If you don’t already have a haggle bard I would suggest putting points there instead. Diplomacy will work too.
Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
    • Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
    • Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
    • Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
    • Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
    • Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.

I second everything Noctus says here. (except tumble it can be pretty useful since it allows you to move out of the way quickly without breaking your attack chain but most folks, me included, don't use it much).

Nimble fingers is useless - with your stats and keeping rogue skills maxxed you won't need it.

Diehard - also useless. Rarely are you going to be incapped long enough for it to take affect. Someone's either going to heal you or mobs are going to kill you. I know it souds like a nice feat to have but it's a waste of a feat.

Toughness can be helpful early on as drow rogues tend to be squishy and you can rake a lvl or two of the racial roughness enhancements to bolster your hp.

IMO take toughness first, then finesse, then go with the TWF chain (TWF, ITWF, GTWF) for you feats. Crippling Strike rules but will be sort of lame with only one weapon.

Diplomacy is waaaay better than bluff cuz there is no animation associated with it and it affects multiple mobs. Just be careful no to lead a group of baddies back to your cleric or caster and then diplo them (unless you want to intentionally kill said cleric or caster but who would do such a thing...)

I second this, in fact this is the exact progression of feats I took on my Rogue, with the exception of Skill Mastery, I took Slippery Mind at 16.

The other thing the TWF chain gets you as an assassin is the dual, and ofter sought but seldom seen, tripple assassinate. As far as I know, with a single weapon, you can only assassinate one target at a time. In part 4 of Shroud, I sneak and assassinate 2 of the gnolls that are trying to heal Harry at the same time. Gets us in to fight him again quicker.

Also, as an assassin, your going to want faster sneak 4, and 30 % striders, if you ever want to get an assassinate off in groups. You'll find it easier to keep up while sneaking, although if your twitch skill is good, you can hit sneak and then assassinate as one "motion". Also, get the maximum Subtle Backstabber you can at each level. It does help good job of helping you not gain as much agro, keeping you in SA damage longer.
