looking for guild

I have been playing the game about 2 months, mainly following around my friends in their guild who have been playing for years. I have figured out some stuff, but find that following these guys around doesn't really teach me how to play the game. I have got my main toon maxed, but am not sure where to go from here. My current guild is just me and three other friends, which is great don't get me wrong, but which I am fairly sure is not the best way for a guild to be operated. I think they're running it more like a friends list. My guildies are very helpful, but not always on when I can play. I need a bigger guild.

Are there any guilds out there who would admit such a n00b and help me become a great player? If so, please feel free to reply here or send a Tell evenings to Heaux, my main (elf Sorc and no my 32 point will NOT be WF as it is impossible to make them cute). Any suggestions are welcome!

Edit: I feel all bad about leaving my friends' guild. I appreciate the answers, but I am going to stay with my guild. They have done a lot to help me, and the fact is that my being bad at this game is not going to be helped by joining another guild.
