Potion of Wonder Effects?

Disintergrated...check

Flesh to Stone....check
Destruction....check
Poison....check
Burning blood....check
Feebleminded....check
Touch of Idiocy....check
Cursed.....check

I did get one that gave me mneumonic.... on my rogue.

I used one when they first came out , it casted chain lightning an almost wiped my whole party LOL.

I tested the theory of whether or not the pots stack by starting to drink the 25 I had in the bank. Two came up the same effect (good hope) and were not stacked in the bank.

usually I lug them around until I need the backpack space and drink them. I've received mnemonic's of varying strength, some buffs I guess, but more interestingly been disintegrated and greater command(ed).

I've pulled hundreds from chests and they have all had the exact same affect on me that was to give me a half second duration "Please Person" spell conning me into thinking I had just pulled a major mneumonic, followed by a three minute duration "Irritate Player" spell forcing me to realize I had actually pulled yet another useless Turbine loot item.

You guys must be doing something weird to get all these various effects.

I like the idea as a PnP kind of thing. Unless your DM is kind enough to always label potions in common tongue, you take your chances when quaffing.

As in PnP however, I would like to be able to go to a certain Stormreach vendor and pay an exhorbitant price to have him/her find out what effect is on my particular potion of wonder. Or, use the altars of change to do the same and also give us another use for the shard fragments that most of us just leave in the chest.

Benefits:
1) Makes pulling a Potion of Wonder a fun thing with the potential to get something pretty nice.
2) Either pulls plat out of the economy via vendor identification fee.
3) Or, gives an additional use for the black/yellow shard fragments.
4) Completely legitimate and follows what you can do in PnP.

Pulled two so far,
had a Mnemonic that gave 76sp and a remove curse

Best for me was when i drank one of burning blood. Nothing like explaining to your party/guild member why you started taking damage. Have also had various heals, haste, and mana (nothing like seeing the blue pop above your head on a rogue) from them.

The burning blood wasn't from the pot. You were standing too close to Luth and his cooties jumped ship.

had that happen once standing at the mailbox in the harbor. never saw so many deaths at once.

I think there should be one that teleports you. When you arrive, you get the following DM text:

You are in an open field west of a big white house with a boarded front door.
