    I'd say equivalent or a little less than a +2 tome.

    I've bought 3 off the AH for less than 300K pp fairly recently.

    That means the person who sold them got a top of 200K pp

    Which puts them right around a +2 tome (as Anthios said)...

    edit...my trade was on argo (not ghalanda)
