Question about fighter AC

Have a fighter who is wearing chaosguards, which if I'm not mistaken gives +2 to AC. If I pull the set(bracers and shield) from Hound it gives a +3 insight to AC. If I am reading it right it will give me one more to my AC. And if so does the +3 insight from Hound set stack with Mineral II w/insight?

No, insight bonuses to AC do not stack. If you have Min II with insight the chaosgardes will be your better choice for AC purposes.
