    Default Devil Assualt Elite, Solo

    I'm sure that some mana-pot-chugging warforged caster has already done this; but I managed it using only a few thousand plat in CSW wands, potions and scrolls, which is an achievement of a frugal sort.

    Awesome man. lol. I love it that an achievement of this sort is worth (or would be worth if you weren't capped) about 4000 XP assuming you get a few bonuses along the way. That's rich!

    Went in on my ranger/monk guy... 25 heal scrolls and 10 haste pots got me past the named fire ele (he comes at 108 kills) to the shrine. Some cheap wounding bow action could get you there very easily too. After the shrine the casters and cr22 devil commander took me out. Forgot to deathward myself at shrine and the casters enervate so that didn't help. Will try again later on. Will take the cr22 devil first, then all casters.

    I don't think there's any way it'd be time efficient enough to call it a loot run.

    The first three waves (up to the named fire elemental) are relatively easy and give 2 level 18 chests. If you were desperate, I suppose they would be an acceptable solo loot run, but there are much, much better ones you could do at this level instead.

    The 2nd chest is after the 2nd named guy... around 140 kills maybe. Failed at 180 kills on my 3rd attempt when I got flesh to stoned! I guess I'll need to finally get the spell resistance item that I've been putting off. I pulled a +2 vorpal kama of PG on my 3rd fail so this has paid off.

    I'm not sure what it was, but one spell knocked me down ~260 hp, maybe a disintegrate?

    The casters in the final wave use disintegrate (amoung other things) and hence they are very, very dangerous.

    Yeah and I was hoping that they'd add more with it's version of Normal Hard Elite :<

    where normal is 6 elite is 18 and I think hard is 12?


    If I read the Screen shot correctly though It was a few weekends ago.. as it mentions the +50 xp for first time and +50 currently being applied.. I.e it looks like this was done during the xtra 50% Weekend.

    Still congratz on it though..
