Completion Table

I had asked a few people in my guild about an idea I had and they seemed to like it so I thought I would toss it up. On the adventure/favor tab the most recent completion of a specific adventure is shown. One of the four S-N-H-E along with the amount of favor given for that adventure. While I typically end up skipping the difficulty normal to hard, or sometimes straight to hard then elite however the mix.

I was wondering if there was some way to make the tab show all four difficulties (S-N-H-E) as columns, and as you complete a difficulty it checks off the difficulty showing you what you have and what you have not done that specific quest difficulty on. I know that at times I have forgotten what level I have done, and when you go in you'll see a -10% or whatever because you have completed it before. Sometimes when I look at available quests I'd like to be able to see what I have done them on in the past so I can see what my options are at that time. Hope I have explained this clearly I tend to lose track at times.
