What is my most likely possible standing AC without the really hard to obtain gear.
Halfling 18 dex 14wis
Human 16 dex 14wis
Starting
Dodge and TwoWeapon Defense are options...

You could easily get into the 80's, self-buffed, with all the goodies.
Without the gear, though, you're looking at 65-70 peak and mid 40's standing AC.
Everything above is probably +/- 5AC, depending on build/setup/equipment.
