Suggestion- New content

With mod 9 coming I am sure all new content has been built already. After the player cap does go up though, they are still going to have to be adding more stuff to make us happy.

I think a cool new thing to see would be intermittent instances. Such as a raid that only could be found while its raining in the harbor. Or perhaps a quest that only could be opened when its night time in the desert.

Well the connections to the other planes wax and wane so your idea would fit in with the world of eberron I just dont see it happening even though I think it would be cool
