your right its cheap my bard has a 73 haggle yet it still costs 3k plat per cell. yet for anyone who has looted any they dont want/need 1k palt is more than they will probbly get if they wanted to sell them. or i could be wrong . either way i dont really care ill buy them in part 3 for 3k palt if i have too, just trying to avoid doing that.
