The ONLY benefit for true neutral melee is not getting hurt with unholy, axiomatic, & chaotic damage. Even if you were to get +5 armor with stability at level 8, it would be obsolete at level 9. Of course greater stability would likely not be wearable until much later.
Probably right about the +1 for armor w/ Greater Stability, but maybe it could go on a ring or other item? As it stands, right now the only thing with it in game is a single named robe - which kinda blows IMO...
