The shroud collection quests are broken. Healing totems, portal fragments, and especially the bladestorm shards and other things.

We completionists have these in our quest log, and are painfully watching the numbers tick up (3 portal frags in 10 shrouds so far, zero gnoll totems).

Its been over a year, the time for a fix is now.
