Gear for my monk

I have a two planar girds that I am looking to get rid of, however, I need a couple items for my new monk.


+4 Str Gloves
+4 Wis Item(Preferably Necklace)
+4 Con Item(Belt Ideal)
+5 Dex Item RR Dwarf(Boots/Ring)
+9 Hat of Steady Spellcasting
+ 20% Striding Ring

I know that some of these items are fairly easy to acquire. I don't have the money I would like and don't want to sell these on the AH due to price cropping off of sale. Please help out my monk.

Look me up in-game (ask any Sabbat member if I'm on) and I'm sure we can work something out. I keep a bunch of lvl 9 items precisely like this on mules.
