3) False Griefing Accusations
In the event that a person is wrongly accused of triggering an in-game event that causes grief to another player, the accuser shall publicly apologize upon realizing the mistake.

However, section 3A states:

3A) Amendment 1: Exceptions to section 3
If the wrongly accused party is a member of the Elite Raiders, proper procedure is to create a drama thread and offer PMs naming the offending party. Prior to posting of the thread, Raegoul, pscomputers, Cuchilo, Quanefel, and any interested party from their associated guilds must be notified via PM for proper drama coordination (refer to chaper 11, "Defined Dramatic Processes and Procedures"). Traditional dictates an in-game notification to Goolan and Gtar, though this is considered a professional courtesy and not a requirement.

What the heck...if I as a solo cleric can keep a speed shroud alive, why can't 2 clerics do the same thing. Really just a few minutes ago. OMG

You gave me my first feather fall item when I first started playing this game. You've also been my guildmate in two different guilds. The fact that you would publicly want to apologize to me for the shroud mishap shows your my friend. I definitely wouldn't want a friend of mine to be regretful about anything.

I want to know why a group with two clerics required the Bard to do all the healing and raising of the dead too. Yes, this did happen in a GH quest. I was the unfortunate bard.

This new information from the lady fair causes my speculation of Hordo's orientation to be called into question... was I too quick to disqualify his fondness of the more masculine? I am not talking about female dwarf's here!
