drops from von 4 but not from a chest there is a barrel in a corner in one of the side rooms. U bust the crate and u either get a bloodstone worth50gold pieces or the dr 5 trinket. I ran this for hours and hours and hours on argo and never got one or seen anyone pull it.

And they are making this **** up.
I have 3 of these. 1 was pulled before anything in that area died. 1 was pulled after I cleared entire room (like a fleshy caster really wants 5dr vs 2con). 1 was pulled with a couple of dead overseers (my new wf rng now uses it as rage clicky).
It binds on loot so you cant buy it ANDm it has some serious drawback. 5 DR and immunity to disease and poison is nice BUT its also -2con and wis. Oh and on tope of that, it has a hardness of 1 and a durabilty of 3.
Very few cases where 5dr would be better then a losr of 2 con.3 Parts Potassium Nitrate, 1/2 part Charcoal and 1/2 part Sulfur add external heat source and PHOOSH!!!!!

Most likely luck. I have done that before and nothing. When I pulled mine, I ran past both of them, right to the barrel. I just don't use it because of the bloodstone

I pulled one about 2 weeks ago. It took around 4 or 5 tries. I killed everything in the order I came upon it. First ~3 runs were normal, then I moved to elite and pulled one (though thats probably just coincidence).
